As part of our service, and at no charge to you, we will review and evaluate your existing private property "access" and "bulk" service agreement(s) from an informational perspective. Thereafter, we will review with you your potential options, with regard the current and potential future service agreements and arrangements.

Review and Evaluation of Community Telecom Service Needs

Service needs of a community are ever-changing. Just over a decade ago, most residents were satisfied with “analog” television services and “dial-up” Internet service. Those days are long gone. Customer product needs have changed dramatically, based on the availability of services, such as Digital Cable Television, Satellite Television, High-Speed Internet, IPTV television and more. Based upon our experience and the needs of your community residents, we will assist you in determining which services should be available within the community, and which you may want to include under a bulk service agreement arrangement. The choice is YOURS.

Request for Proposal Process (RFP)

In the past, you held a meeting with the local incumbent cable operator and/or local telephone company (ILEC), and they reviewed with you what service options were available. For the most part, included services, prices and terms were the issues discussed, and alternate provider options were simply not readily available. With advancements in technology, competition and telecom consultants, now more than ever, YOU have the freedom and flexibility to select from multiple providers options to service your entertainment and communications needs.  Broadband Agreement Specialists, Inc. solicits all of the Request-for-Proposals (RFPs), on your behalf, then brings them to you for review and selection for subsequent agreement negotiation.

Private Property Rights and Service Provider Rights to Enter Your Community

Do you know which telecom service providers have contractual rights to service your property? OR, are telecom providers currently serving your community without contractual rights?  Virtually all multifamily, condominium and private community homeowner associations have some form of telecommunications "access" or "easement" agreement in place, which gives permission to providers to bring their cable, satellite, Internet and/or telephone services onto your community's private property.  Private Property Rights It is important to know and understand your private property rights, and we will help bring clarity to this issue.  Otherwise, you may be missing out on thousands of dollars of financial compensation (Private property easement and access rights vary in "Mandatory Access States").

Bulk Cable and Internet Service Agreements: New & Renewal

Do you currently have a bulk service agreement for cable television, satellite television and/or Internet services?  If your agreement will expire or renew within the next 18-24 months, then it is time to begin evaluating your options.  The longer you wait, the less options you may have.  And if you start early, your will likely have several alternative options that may be better than the arrangements you currently have.  As your advocate, we will seek multiple alternate proposal options, which will enable you to understand and select the best service and pricing options for your community.  We will help you negotiate your next bulk contract so that it works best for your community.

Early Termination of Existing Bulk Agreements

With many condominium and homeowner associations’ experiencing increases in unit owner maintenance delinquencies, saving money has become increasingly important.  In an effort to reduce monthly costs, some associations are looking for ways to terminate / cancel their existing bulk cable television agreement contract.  We work on the association's behalf to negotiate a financially favorable solution with reduced services or early cancellation options.

Technology Expertise

Our 30-years experience in video, data, voice and wireless telecommunications provides us with the knowledge and capability to help you evaluate how today’s ever-changing technologies can benefit and best fit your community needs.  Traditional cable television, IPTV, satellite television, wireless Internet, etc.  We will help you to better understand the advantages and disadvantages of each product and technology, empowering you to ultimately make better decisions for your community.  Leveraging our relationships, we will work with service providers to schedule formal product presentations for our clients.

Negotiation of Agreements on Behalf of Client

Based on the results of our RFP process, and our consultations with you, we will move forward to facilitate the agreement negotiation process.  Our goal is to minimize service costs to residents, while maximizing service options and financial compensation to our client property owners and associations. We will manage the process including access/easement issues, services provided, pricing, agreement term length, and other important terms and conditions.

Agreement and Service Implementation

After facilitating execution of the agreement between service provider(s) and our clients, we will follow-up to help ensure that the selected provider(s) implements the services as committed, and works to fulfill the obligations under the terms and conditions of the agreement.

Equipment Placement on Your Private Property
